Step 1

When you want to order or have questions about products, the best way to get in touch is to send e-mail message to us first. Please, send your request to us via e-mail. In your email, please, specify important following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your country/city of residence.
  3. Your contact details (phone, e-mail)
  4. Subject of your request in details.

We will promptly reply to you within 12-24 hours.

Step 2

Then for the quickest order process and best accuracy, we will send our special form to you. Please, fill it in carefully and submit this quote back to us.

We will mail with you to work out all questions and to go ahead just sign and/or reply back with your approval.

Any changes can be re-quoted. With your quote, you will receive further price depending on the size, composition and other factors.

Step 3

After all is clear, we discuss method of payment, variants of goods delivery, then we will prepare and send payment link to you.

Please, note the following


It will be your responsibility to read through the acknowledgment completely and advise your customer service representative of any changes as soon as possible. AUTODOORS will do everything possible to accommodate changes, but if the order is already in production you may be charged for changes or an add-on order may be required.

Price quotations

Requests for price quotes can be e-mailed to us and are usually returned within 12-24 hours.

Production schedule and lead times

All orders for full jobs received before 12:00 a.m. GMT are scheduled for production in the order, which they are received. Lead times may vary from week to month depending on our workload.

Warranty policy

AUTODOORS will guarantee that all of its manufactured products will be free from defect in material and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. AUTODOORS will only be liable for products as ordered by the customer and will not be liable for additional cost incurred by the customer for finishing, installation, labor to remove the product nor labor to install the new product. Any damages or lost products when shipping are the riscs of Buyer. AUTODOORS can’t controll a delivery, so AUTODOORS will not be responsible for transportation riscs.

Replacement policy

Please advise us within 5 business days of receiving the defective product. AUTODOORS may request the defective products be returned for inspection. The boxes may need to be return to AUTODOORS by the customer for our inspection. Please, repackage the items in the same box for safe shipment back to AUTODOORS. You can e-mail us digital pictures and description of damage to save time on a damage or replacement claim. An order for replacement products will be processed on a priority basis and shipped within 3-5 business days. These items may be billed out pending the inspection of the defective items. A credit will be issued against the invoice and any shipping charges incurred subject to our inspection.

Once your order is placed with your approval, it is non-cancelable.
